We charge only during months you're actively delivering — so you're never paying for software during your off-season.
Is there a setup fee?+
No. Onboarding guidance is included at no extra charge.
What counts as 'delivery revenue'?+
Any revenue collected for deliveries made through Farmigo — CSA shares, add-ons, and herdshare billing.
Are there volume discounts?+
Yes. As your monthly delivery volume increases, your effective rate decreases. Contact us for details.
Are there per-member fees?+
No. Whether you have 50 members or 600, the rate is the same.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. There are no annual contracts and no cancellation fees.
